Studies elaborated by the Energy Policy Group

The Energy Policy Group of the University of Athens has taken actions and elaborated studies in the following fields:

  1. Perspectives of the Greek Electricity Market (under contract with European Commission DG XVII)
  2. Forecast of electricity demand in Greece. (under contract with ETVA)
  3. Trans-european electric energy networks and their extensions to southern and eastern mediterranean countries. (under the European Commission DG XVII, SYNERGY Programme)
  4. Energy fact Database concerning the Balkans and the Mediterranean Basin countries.
As well as the above the Energy Policy Group maintains an updated library of energy facts on various publications concerning the Balkan area and the countries of the Mediterranean basin.
