Cancellation of Participation

Cancellation of participation must be made in writing to Keramidas Travel. For cancellations received by July 30, 1998 a handling fee of 6.000 GRD will be charged. After that date, no refund can be made.

Hotel Reservation

The rooms will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Attendants are urged to register as early as possible in order to secure a room at Rodos Palace Hotel or in a nearby hotel. Moreover, since the island of Rhodes is a major touristic city and September is still a high touristic month in Greece, accommodation cannot be guaranteed unless early booking is made.
