We were honored with the presence and challenging talk of Bernt Ericsson, Vice President for research and technology in Ericsson. Also, there were over 20 very bright Ph.D. students from the Budapest Technical University and the Traffic Lab of Ericsson, Boudapest. The overwhelming local paricipation made the workshop exciting and worth while.
Participants having a good time ..!! The organization of the workshop was excellent thanks to our Hungarian colleagues, and in particular to Edith Halasz. Our thanks also go to Miklos Boda, head of the Ericsson Traffic Lab in Budapest, who generously covered some of the expenses of the workshop, thus significantly reducing the registration fee. The entertainment was excellent and I will not forget the several musical evenings that we attended, nor would I forget that night at the restaurant with the gypsies, where certain WG 6.3 members over-enjoyed themsleves!
