About Me

>_ My name is Antonia Saravanou (Αντωνία Σαραβάνου in greek) and I am a second year Ph.D. Student at the Department of Computer Science and Telecommunications, University of Athens, under the supervision of Professor Dimitrios Gunopulos. I hold a M.Sc. degree in Advanced Information Systems and a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the same department. Since 2011, I work as a Research Assistant and Software Engineer in various research projects.

In general, I am interested in Data Mining, Web and Text Mining, Information Retrieval, Network Analysis and Machine Learning. Also, I am a member of the Knowledge Discovery in Databases Laboratory (KDDLab - UoA), the Management of Data, Information & Knowledge Group (Madgik - UoA) and the Human–Computer Interaction and Knowledge Discovery & Data Mining team (HCI-KDD).
