Christoforos Panos received his B.S. degree at Roosevelt University (2003) and his M.S. degree at the Illinois Institute of Technology (2005), both in Computer Science. He is currently working towards his PhD at the University of Athens in the area of intrusion detection for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks. He is a member of the Franklin Honor Society (Roosevelt University) and the Systems Security Laboratory (University of Piraeus), and he has participated in several projects funded by the EU. His research interests are in the fields of system and network security.
