Location:

WAC 2005 will take place on October 3-5, 2005, at the Margi Hotel , Vouliagmeni, Athens, Greece.  Vouliagmeni – Kavouri is a picturesque peninsula at the edge of the city of Athens right on some of the best beaches of the area, the picturesque Vouliagmeni lake and as close as 20-minutes drive from the centre of Athens.  October is a very attractive season for the Vouliagmeni-Kavouri area, since the weather is warm enough for pleasant beach access and cool enough for enjoying outdoor activities in the surrounding parks as well as touring the archeological sites of Athens.

 Hotel Information:

Hotel reservations are made by faxing the WAC_MARGI_Hotel_Reservation_form to the hotel (see form). The Margi hotel offers a winning combination of hospitality, elegant interiors, top quality services and the amenities of a city hotel and a resort location.  We have been offered a flat rate of 150 Euros per night (same price double or single occupancy and including taxes and breakfast).

Hotel Cancellation Policy: To allow for a risk-free, early planning and booking, we have been offered a free of charge cancellation policy for cancellations as late as Sept 19, 2005. Please take advantage of this and book early enough to secure a room in this hotel.

Hotel Room Reservation Deadline: We have reserved a number of rooms to ensure that most participants will stay at the workshop venue. These rooms will be released after Monday Sept. 5, 2005. Since the booking will take place on a first come first serve basis and the number of reserved rooms may not be sufficient, it would be wise to book early enough.
