Dimitrios Maniadakis holds B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Dept. of Informatics and Telecommunications, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and a M.Sc. degree from the School of Production Engineering and Management, Technical University of Crete.

He has been a Research Associate at the University of Athens, participating in European and national R&D projects. His research interests lie in the fields of ICT infrastructure complexity and network science. He regularly serves as a reviewer for international scientific journals and conferences.
