This text in Greek: Πέντε Συμβουλές για μία Παρουσίαση με Διαφάνειες
The slides number should not exceed the minutes available for the presentation.
Do not use over five bullets per slide or more than five words per bullet. If you put more than 5 x 5 = 25 words per slide, then the audience will either read the slides without listening to you, or it will listen to you without reading the slides.
It is better not to use acronyms in a presentation, i.e. the initials of words such as AI, CSP, etc., because it is very possible to be unknown to someone from the audience.
If, however, it is necessary to use an abbreviation, it should be accompanied, in the first two or three slides referring it, by a parenthesis with an explanation, e.g. "AC (Arc Consistency)", in order to be get used even by the most abstracted.
If the presentation is to show something new, clearly separate the Introduction from the Main Part (i.e. the part with presentation contribution), so that the audience will be able to compare existing work (presented in the Introduction) with your novelty.
As the audience cannot remember every slide, it is better to put in the end one or two slides with the presentation contents and, optionally, a slide with the bibliography.
