Camera-Ready Instructions

Authors of accepted papers should have already received reviewer comments by email. Please take them carefully into account when preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings. The final paper and the signed copyright form are due on

APRIL 16, 2012 at 11pm Pacific time

This is a firm deadline for inclusion of your paper in the proceedings. Also, at least one of the paper's authors must be registered for the conference by this date.

1. FINAL PAPER: Please submit a PDF file and the source (using either the LNCS LaTeX or Word template) of your camera-ready paper using your CMT author account.
The page limit for papers is: 18 pages for full papers, 9 pages for short papers, and 6 pages for poster and demo papers. Please follow strictly the author instructions for LNCS papers when preparing the final version.
Springer has recently introduced an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, they will contact all corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers. We expect this to happen shortly before the proceedings are printed. At that time your quick interaction with Springer-Verlag will be greatly appreciated.

2. COPYRIGHT: Please upload to CMT a signed and completed copyright form as soon as possible. The Springer copyright forms can be found at:

It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. You can scan the form into PDF or any other standard image format and upload as an attachment to EasyChair. If you cannot scan the signed form please fax it to 1-509-313-5871 and include a cover sheet to the attention of Shawn Bowers.
